We have invested with a focus on student housing, land, and workforce, in various locations with returns far exceeding market and in some cases, exits at multiples. We focus on top-tier secondary markets with strong and stable demand, housing need, and where the numbers conservatively pencil out. With a focus on middle market housing, we understand that we are working with a volume portfolio and have distinguished ourselves from ibuyers and corporate SFR landlords by placing high-quality tenants, managing assets well

 and providing well-located, clean housing at a more affordable price range.

We underwrite each property conservatively to accelerate performance at the fund level. We use smart technology to identify and validate but human eyes support and confirm to ensure appropriate assumptions.
